Mischief Monday - Ooops and Open House

First we will share our mischief. On Saturday morning we were coming back from a brief morning walk as it was very cold. Lady let Phod off leash so he could go off and do his business. She and Lee continued up the driveway. Phod came running up behind them all goofy like, which made Lee excited and as Lady was not prepared, when Lee did her crazy pulling, Lady ended up rolling her right ankle and falling face down in the snow. Thank goodness for the snow for a softer landing. She felt the snap of the tendons. After a few minutes and some crawling, Lady was able to get up and limp back to the house. Needless to say it was not the best start to the day and will probably limit our walks a little.

Now on to today's real post. Welcome to Blogville's Open House!  Mayor Arty has organized an open house today. Be sure to check out all the wonderful services provided by the residence of Blogville by visiting their hop.

We are both proud members of the Blogville Pawlice Force. Under the excellent leadership of Murphy and Stanley we are working to keep Blogville safe. For a full tour of our office, visit them.

On the Blogville Pawlice, Lee is a member of the SWAT team.

Phod is following in the foot steps of the great Sherlock Holmes (minus all the drugs) and is a detective.

  8. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH No for the Lady. Mom has been there done that but I wasn't quite as an adventurous tale as your Lady's. Mom was changing linens in the guest room. Bed is close to the wall, she was walking sideways up that side and somehow her ankle rolled. The only reason she didn't fall was there was no room between the wall and bed. She backed up to the bed the laid down carefully while holding her foot in the air. Then she bellowed for dad to H E L P!!!
Dr said that tendon that runs down the leg over the ankle bone slipped off. It eventually got back to where it needed to be but now that ankle is very weak.

MOLMOL Hailey on the SWAT team that is funny
    Hugs madi your bfff
